John likes to read through our blog to make sure I've described technical things about the house correctly, suggest things to add, and check the updates too. He was reading through the last update about me traveling home and noticed he was not mentioned in this at all. He would just like everyone to know that he's good too. He'll be staying in Ireland this time (though he is coming over with me for Christmas), working hard as he always does, and missing me OF COURSE. John and his dad, Jim, are actually rebuilding a 1956 VW Beetle. They've taken it apart, sanded it down, primed it, and are painting and polishing it now. Jim says it should be finished in time to drive to Easter mass.
